Q: OK.....How am I saving $$$?
A: Our clients receive the lowest cost because;
We don't have equipment overhead and have price flexibility.
We cut out the middle man! Most printers do not have "every" size press. Most don't have multiple technologies that are right for each print job. In fact, a good amount of printing you have received is a product of outsourcing. Even when the company you use has the right press, it can be busy with other clients printing. To get your job done on time, they use a broker to have someone print it for them. ALL printing has an upcharge figured in for these incidentals. We cut out these incidentals.- Free Delivery.
Q: How about quality??
A: We are using the same materials, substrates, inks, press, etc. as every other printer. In fact, we may even be using the SAME printer you are using today! We guarantee our work and the quality of our product.
Q: What seperates IPS from other print consultants and brokers?
A: IPS is on of the very few Management firms that specializes in both traditional printing methods as well as digital output. Our focus and expertice includes the area of Large Format graphics, POP, Retail signage, banners and printing on unique materials (such as tile, glass or wood). We are a true full service organization offering "expertise across the board", not just one area. Our clients include many of the brands and establishments you are familiar with.
Q: What is the typical fee for IPS Management services?
A: Our management service fees are included in the cost of your printing. They will never exceed the quoted amount from the printer. All printers include a "mark-up" of your printing whether you use a "broker" or not. You have already been paying our fee, you should get the benifit of our service!
In addition, we provide complimentary delivery within the Twin Cities. Sometimes this is savings enough!

A: IPS maintains relationships with providers throughout the United States and Canada, and is able to provide services in every geographic area. Services are available by phone, e-mail or in person, depending on the needs of the client.
